The announcement text: Great opportunity to join this market leading accountancy practice as a 1st* 2nd line technical support analyst providing on site technical support to a user base of 100. You will have strong technical support skills administering in a Windows 2000 domain and have supported Microsoft Office products. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of the site support including software installation and support, end user support, resolving hardware issues, daily backup * restore procedures etc. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 12 months experience in a technical support * helpdesk role and any experience working in a professional practice environment would be a great advantage.
